  • Austen and his team did an excellent job upfitting my existing power system. I wanted to more than double the battery capacity I had but in a very confined space. Austen worked creatively within my constraints by finding a slim battery technology I didn’t know existed, installing them very cleanly. He and the team also hard wired my Starlink. The system is working flawlessly. His communication was solid and he got the work done quickly and on-time as promised. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again and to recommend them to others.

Gave me different options for the updates to my build, start to finish was within 2 weeks and they were able to work on it right away, and they kept me updated during the entire process. A few weeks later I called them up to see if they could help me put a new external power inlet plug cover on and seal it and they didn’t hesitate to have me come in for the quick fix! Great product and great customer service!!!

  • I will never be able to find the right words for how wonderful this company is. each and every person there is full of such a rich kindness that I felt as soon as I pulled up. after being turned away by another company (and told ‘good luck’ on finding help), I was so nervous to reach out to anyone else about my electrical system. Austen got me in less than a week after I called and never once made me feel like the project was a burden. Christian even drove me to a nearby shopping center so that I didnt have to wait at the shop AND called to see if I needed to be picked up after a couple hours had passed. not only did they go above and beyond in their work, but they also took the time to explain everything that was done so that I felt confident and educated when taking the van back. if you need work done on an existing build or looking for a full build, I highly recommend Excursion. you will feel at home with this group and at peace knowing they put so much love and care into the work they do. as a young woman, finding people I can trust to be thorough and honest can sometimes be a challenge - but these guys have my heart!! thank you all so much!!!

  • I highly recommend these guys. I wanted to upgrade my heater and lighting and was turned away by 2 other shops in Portland, which was super frustrating. Even the original builders pushed back on doing the lighting upgrade, making it sound like a big inconvenience. So I consider myself very fortunate to have found Excursion. Austen was easy to work with, super helpful and had great suggestions. Everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. The work they did came out beautifully and works perfectly. I still have some more projects I want to do and I am definitely returning. Thanks guys!!
